Visiting Mississippi River Delta

Arkansas shares the magic and mystique of the mighty Mississippi River that outlines it's eastern boundary. A short drive south to takes you to Osceola which shares the county seat, hosts the Osceola Heritage Music Festival in May celebrating the rich musical heritage of the Mississippi delta region.
